THE LIVING SPACE
A limited space of a condominium with 1159 Sqft provided us with an opportunity to re-create a full and functional space for a pair of young couple who spent most of the time in this living area.
An existing piano fits well in the living corner. Due to renovation restrictions, exposed wiring on a non-hackable wall is proposed with a GI conduit to seamlessly integrate with the wall.
THE DINING SPACE
An 8-feet table creates a good proportion in the dining area, complemented by a large AKARI pendant light at the center. Simultaneously, a full storage dry kitchen cabinet with a pantry section proves to be useful with its pivot sliding design.
THE CORRIDOOR
While the doors of the master room and Bedroom 2 have been demolished to combine into one space, the corridor view now creates a significant focal point on the master bedroom.
THE HOME OFFICE
A compact room no longer feels small when we remove the door and expand the open space, connecting it to the common area.
THE WARDROBE
A simple wardrobe design creates a clean and seamless feeling. The dressing table is placed in front of the window to make good use of natural sunlight.
THE MASTER BEDROOM
A simple headboard with wood grain enhances the aesthetic of a room.
